专利说明:
[0001] [0002] Anti-theft alarm device for the electrical wiring of an external lighting system. [0003] [0004] Object and sector of the technique to which the invention relates [0005] [0006] The present invention is encompassed within the systems of prevention of theft of wiring in outdoor lighting. [0007] [0008] The object of the invention is a warning device for a supposed theft of both the ground cable and the power wiring of an external lighting, being also applicable to all types of electrical installations susceptible to theft of its wiring. [0009] [0010] The invention is located in the technical sector of electrical engineering and, more specifically, in the field of outdoor lighting installations. [0011] [0012] Generalities and state of the previous technique more next [0013] [0014] According to the current Electrotechnical Regulation for Low Voltage (REBT) and Complementary Technical Instructions (ITC) BT-01 to BT-51, published in R.D. 842/2002, of August 2, in article 9 the exterior lighting installations are defined: [0015] [0016] "External lighting installations shall be considered as those whose purpose is the illumination of the circulation or communication routes and those of the spaces included between buildings that, due to their characteristics or general security, should remain illuminated, permanently or circumstantially, be or not public domain. The conditions that should be met by the external lighting installations will be those corresponding to their peculiar weather conditions and, due to the risk involved, that part of their elements will be easily accessible ". [0017] [0018] Likewise in said REBT in the Complementary Technical Instruction ITC-BT-09, it is prescribed that the power cables will be multipolar or unipolar with copper conductors and assigned voltage of 0.6 / 1 kV; The conductors of protection, or ground, must also be copper. [0019] [0020] As is known, the case of theft or theft of wiring in outdoor lighting is becoming a serious problem for both individuals and public administrations, especially municipalities that manage large areas equipped with outdoor lighting, in which and due to their The separation of urban nuclei, such as, for example, industrial polygons, intensifies the aforementioned theft of wiring. [0021] [0022] Said robbery is carried out for the ease of its execution, since it is enough to make a cut of the same cable in two accessible points, recordable box or recordable hollow of the baculo, to later pull one of the ends until seizing the precious cable. As indicated above, in these types of installations, they can not be used cables with aluminum conductors technical issue that favors the theft or theft of the cabling due to its high price in the scrap market. If the national regulations are modified to be able to use aluminum conductors, a deterrent effect can be achieved, as of today, very important, since the price of the aluminum conductor is currently one third compared to its copper counterpart. It is also known that the equivalent section for the use of aluminum conductor in copper substitution must be 60% higher, but due to the density difference between these two metals the conductor weighs half, so the final cost of the Aluminum cable is 1/6 (16.6%) with respect to its copper equivalent. However, it must be taken into account that cables with aluminum conductors must be equipped with bimetallic terminals to avoid galvanic corrosion of the joints, which are more expensive than normal copper terminals. Although the cost increase is about € 5 per terminal (an equivalent bimetallic terminal costs 20 times more than a copper terminal), the impact on the price of the wiring, due to its length, is practically insignificant. [0023] [0024] Well, in the face of the technical problem of the theft of wiring, it is logical to consider specific security devices that protect or deter the theft in this type of facility. [0025] [0026] In the state of the art, different types of mechanical blocking devices of the wiring are known; they try to avoid that the wiring of their canalization can be extracted. There are both for boxes, as for the recordable hole of the baculo of the luminaries. However, it is documented its vulnerability to get cut the wiring before and after said blocking systems. Examples of these systems are found in: [0027] [0028] - Publication number: ES 1077130 U, title: "Cable anti-theft device applicable to streetlights", presentation date: 05.16.2012; [0029] [0030] - Publication number: ES 1134981 U, title: "Obturator element and blocking of the wiring as an anti-slip system and impediment of subtraction or theft", presentation date: 11.06.2014; [0031] [0032] - Publication number: ES 1128807 U, title: "Cable blocking device", submission date: 23.07.2014; [0033] [0034] - Publication number: ES 2583252 A1, title: "Cable anti-theft system for lampposts and similar elements and assembly procedure thereof", date of presentation: 04.11.2014. [0035] [0036] In the state of the art, different types of devices are also known to prevent access to recordable boxes or to the recordable hole of the luminaire. Examples of these systems are found in: [0037] - Publication number: ES 2508815 B1, title: "Waterproof cover for register boxes", presentation date: 04.14.2013; [0038] [0039] - Publication number: ES 1130305 U, title: "Anti-theft cable box for public lighting installations and modification of electric control", presentation date: 09.05.2014; [0040] [0041] In the state of the art closest to the device claimed in the present application we have the following documents: [0042] [0043] In the patent document denominated D01 with publication number: ES 1078879 U, title: "Intelligent circuit of detection of theft of cables and faults in public and private lighting networks", presentation date: 22.02.2013, a circuit is described intelligent comprising a master-slave communication network, where each slave corresponds to a control unit located at the ends of each line of the lighting network, while the master is another control device responsible for the management of communication, between all the devices of the system, located in a control panel and protection. [0044] [0045] In the patent document called D02 with publication number: ES 2446847 B1, title: "Telecontrol procedure of a lighting installation and equipment to carry it out", presentation date 04.11.2013, a remote control procedure of one is described installation of lighting and equipment to carry it out, to detect the theft of electric cable, which consists in measuring the impedance of electric cables and end of line equipment. [0046] [0047] Technical problem raised [0048] [0049] The systems of the state of the closest prior art present a problematic that focuses fundamentally on the following aspects: [0050] [0051] S They require a system composed of complex electronic devices, master-slave communication network that establish communication between all slaves and the master through the existing lighting network itself, with or without tension present; [0052] [0053] S They require a complex sensor to measure the impedance of the electrical cables and equipment connected to them; Since the impedance of the cables is extremely low compared to the lamps and their ballasts, the impedance sensor must detect a minimum variation in the impedance of the circuit, a question that is incompatible with the case of a molten lamp or a damaged ballast; [0054] S They do not detect the theft of the protection or earth conductor, this being one of the most important elements of the theft of the wiring of an exterior lighting. [0055] Technical advantage provided by the invention [0056] [0057] The device (1) that the invention advocates solves in a fully satisfactory manner the problem described above, in each and every one of the different aspects discussed and that are detailed below: [0058] [0059] S It does not require a system composed of complex electronic devices, since it consists of a power source, a simple programmable micro relay and some electro-magnetic relays, which establish communication through a simple method of levels of presence, or not. , of tension through the own existing lighting network using only one control cable; [0060] [0061] S Does not require a complex impedance measuring sensor or similar; [0062] [0063] S Detects the theft of the protection or earth conductor, in addition to the rest of the wiring of an exterior lighting. [0064] [0065] The anti-theft warning device of the electrical wiring of an outdoor lighting that is recommended has been designed to solve the aforementioned problem, since it allows an early detection of theft. [0066] [0067] Brief description of the figures [0068] [0069] To complement the description and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of figures with illustrative and non-limiting character is included as an integral part of said description. [0220] Operation of the anti-theft warning device of the electrical wiring of an exterior lighting (1) [0221] In the following, the operation of the device object of the invention (1) is described for the two states in which an external lighting can be found: [0222] - unpowered state or day mode (see Fig. 07); [0223] - energized state or night mode (see Fig.08). [0224] In Fig.07-08 has been used, to facilitate understanding, the following graphic code: thick line drivers through which current flows and black fill the coils that are excited. [0225] [0226] Operation of the device object of the invention (1) for the state without energizing or day mode. [0227] [0228] In day mode the contactor (021) is not activated so the electrical wiring (05) is not energized and therefore the relay status detector (1A1) will not be powered. [0229] [0230] The negative pole of a power supply (1A2) is on the one hand connected to the digital input reference of a programmable micro logic relay (1A3), and on the other hand, through an NC contact (1A14) and a terminal connection with ground cable (1A33), with a ground wire (05PE) feeding a pole of a coil (1B11) of a relay without energizing (1B1). In turn, the positive pole of the same power supply (1A2) is connected, through a NC contact (1A13) and a neutral terminal (1A16), with a neutral wire (05N) feeding the other pole of the coil (1B11), so that the relay lighting without energizing (1B1) is activated, closing its NO contact (1B12) activating, through a control cable (1C) and a connection terminal with control cable (1B11). 1A34), a digital input of the programmable micro logic (1A3). [0231] [0232] Therefore, as long as there is continuity of the ground wire (05PE), the neutral wire (05N) and the control cable (1C), a digital input of the programmable micro logic (1A3) will remain activated and this will send a signal wirelessly to a central control with the text: "correct wiring"; If, for some act of theft, the circuit is interrupted, the digital input will be deactivated and the text sent will be: "incorrect wiring: possible theft". [0233] It is foreseen that the wireless communication with the control center will be carried out continuously and permanently, to allow the constant verification of the physical presence of the wiring to be protected. [0234] [0235] Operation of the device object of the invention (1) for the energized state or night mode. [0236] [0237] In night mode the contactor (021) is activated so that the electrical wiring (05) is energized and therefore the relay status detector (1A1) will be powered. [0238] The negative pole of a power supply (1A2) is connected only to the digital input reference of a programmable micro relay (1A3). In turn, the positive pole of the same power supply (1A2) is connected, through a NO contact (1A12), which will be closed, and a terminal connection with ground wire (1A33) with a cable ground (05PE) coming to a NO contact (1B22), which will be closed, of a relay energized lighting (1B2), which will be activated since its coil (1B21) is fed with the supply voltage that reaches the luminaire N (03 / N), reaching said positive pole through a control cable (1C) and a connection terminal with control cable (1A34) up to a digital input of the programmable micro logic (1A3). [0239] [0240] Therefore, while there is continuity of the ground wire (05PE), the electrical wiring (05) and the control cable (1C) a digital input of the programmable micro logic (1A3) will remain activated and this will send a signal wirelessly to a center control with the text: "correct wiring"; If, for some act of theft, the circuit is interrupted, the digital input will be deactivated and the text sent will be: "incorrect wiring: possible theft". [0241] [0242] When the lighting is energized (night mode) and a trip of a magneto-thermal or differential protection occurs, the claimed device (1) automatically goes into un-energized state (day mode) being fully operational, functioning as described above for the state without energizing (day mode). [0243] [0244] When the lighting is energized (night mode) and a power failure occurs and optionally the auxiliary power keeps the power supply (1A2) and the programmable micro logic (1A3) powered, the claimed device (1) automatically goes into a state without energizing (day mode) being fully operational, functioning as described above for the non-energized state (day mode). [0245] [0246] It is foreseen that the wireless communication with the control center will be carried out continuously and permanently, to allow the constant verification of the physical presence of the wiring to be protected. [0247] [0248] Complementary operation of the device object of the invention (1) indistinctly for the un-energized state (day mode) or the energized state (night mode). [0249] [0250] When there is a fault in the supply or in the neutral cable itself (05N) (this failure can occur, for example: due to accidental breakage of the cable itself, due to failure in the magnetothermal or differential protection that feeds it, etc. .), the claimed device (1) will act in the same way as in the case of act of theft by deactivating the digital input of the programmable micro logic (1A3), but if desired, the micro-logic programmable (1A3), by means of an output digital, disconnects the contactor (021) and the claimed device automatically switches to un-energized state (day mode) being fully operational, functioning as described above for the un-energized state (day mode). This described functionality avoids that a luminaire N (03 / N) can be subjected to an overvoltage when the neutral is missing in the three-phase power supply, preventing its destruction. While it is true that there are devices that specifically perform this function, these are placed at the head of the circuit and therefore can not detect the breakage of the cable as if the device claimed (1). [0251] For the premature detection of intrusion in the recordable boxes, it is possible to add to the device object of the invention (1) the optional incorporation of a plurality of detectors opening cover (1C01) of their respective recordable boxes (04/1, 04/2, 04 / N) (see Fig.09). A cover opening detector (1C01) is based on an NO contact that remains closed while the cover is in the box, maintaining the continuity of a control cable (1C). If, due to any act of theft, any cover is removed, the continuity of a control cable (1C) will be interrupted, and the digital input mentioned in Fig. 08-09 will be deactivated and the text sent will be: "incorrect wiring: possible theft " [0252] [0253] Justification of the novelty and inventive activity provided by the anti-theft warning device of the electrical wiring of an exterior lighting (1) [0254] [0255] The main novelty and inventive activity advocated by the device object of the invention (1) is that: [0256] [0257] - the detection of the state of the outdoor lighting wiring is made by a set of simple electro-magnetic relays; [0258] [0259] - for the transmission of the state of the wiring to the protection and maneuver cabinet (02) a communication is established by a simple method of levels of presence, or not, of tension through the existing lighting network using only a cable control (1C). [0260] [0261] In other words, a system composed of complex electronic devices is not required to perform the detection of the status of the wiring or to transmit the state of the wiring; only a programmable micro relay (1A3) is used to wirelessly send the status of the wiring from the protection and control cabinet (02) to the control center.
